Terms of Service

Notioo is a personal assistant that lives in the chat you already use. It remembers what you tell it, sets reminders, reads documents you send, keeps an optional journal, and — if you connect them — works with your calendar and email. Notioo is operated by Arcavora Labs Private Limited. By creating an account or messaging the bot, you agree to these terms.

Your phone number is your account. You must be at least 18 and use a number you own. Keep your login details private; anything done through your account is yours. One account per person — plans are personal and not shared.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Razorpay, monthly or yearly as you choose. The first period is charged when you subscribe, and the same plan price is charged automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page: no further charge is taken, and you keep your plan to the end of the period you have already paid for. Changing to another plan replaces your current subscription, and the days left on it are carried over at the new plan's price. The free trial is granted in chat, card-free. Because you can try everything free for a week and cancel before any renewal, payments are final and we do not refund them — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the two cases where we always return money we should not have taken. Prices can change; an access period you have already paid for is never repriced or shortened, and we will tell you before a new price applies to a renewal.

Notioo's replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Double-check anything important — dates, amounts, legal, medical or financial decisions. Notioo is a tool, not professional advice.

Don't use Notioo for anything illegal, to spam or harass people, to send malware, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Free-tier limits exist so the service stays fast for everyone; working around them isn't allowed. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

Your data stays yours. What we store, who processes it and how to export or erase it is in the Privacy Policy — it's part of these terms. Short version: content is encrypted at rest, you can ask the bot to export or delete everything, and we never sell your data.

We aim for Notioo to be available around the clock but don't guarantee it — messaging platforms, AI providers and hosting can have outages. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves; if we materially reduce a paid plan, we will tell you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Notioo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed reminders, lost profits, or decisions made on AI output.
