Delete your account

The fastest route, and it takes effect immediately:

1. Open the Notioo app and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

The typed confirmation is deliberate — it makes it impossible to delete an account by a mis-tap or a retried request.

Use this to have your data permanently deleted, or if you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app. Email support@notioo.ai from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number it uses.

We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before erasing anything — that check is what stops somebody else deleting your account. Expect a reply within 7 days. Permanent deletion is done within 30 days.

Notioo stops using all of this and removes it from your account view:

• Your ability to sign in
• Every message you have exchanged with Notioo, on every channel
• Everything Notioo remembered about you, and your journal entries
• Your reminders, check-ins and commitments
• Any support conversations you had with us
• Your push-notification device registrations
• Uploaded media and shared attachments

Any mailbox or calendar you connected is disconnected and its stored access tokens are destroyed, so Notioo loses access at the same moment.

These things are kept after you delete your account. None of them is kept for our convenience, and we would rather name them here than have you discover them later.

• Your account record is kept, out of use, until you ask for permanent deletion.
  Deleting in the app takes your data out of use. Permanent deletion is a separate request: email support@notioo.ai and we do it within 30 days.
• Reminders you set for other people stay on their accounts, with your name replaced.
  That a reminder was asked for is the recipient’s record, not yours. Deleting it would leave them with a reminder they cannot explain — or cancel.
• If you hold a seat on a team, the seat itself is not cancelled — only your name is removed from the roster.
  The seat is your employer’s paid entitlement. Erasing you must not quietly cost their company something they bought.
• Payment and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  We are legally obliged to keep them, so they cannot be erased on request. They are not used for anything else.

You can export everything we hold on you before you delete it — ask for “my data” in chat, or use the export option in the app. Once the account is deleted you cannot export it yourself, so take it first if you want it.
